“Undercover video shows Planned Parenthood official discussing fetal organs used for research,” was a headline July 14th. The video, done with “police-quality undercover cameras,” records a meeting between two pro-life activists posing as biotech firm employees and Planned Parenthood’s senior director of medical research. Over lunch in a Los Angeles restaurant, PP’s medical research director provided “straight-from-the-horse’s-mouth” verification of PP’s harvesting of fetal organs produced by abortion.

Between sips of wine, she explained how carefully she performs an abortion to simultaneously crush the body, while protecting designated organs. She said it this way: “We’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver … so I’m not gonna crush that part; I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact.”

About the price of organs and tissue, she said, “You know, I would throw a number out, I would say it’s probably anywhere from $30 to $100, depending on the facility and what’s involved. It just has to do with space issues, are you sending someone there that’s going to do everything … is there shipping involved? Is someone going to be there to pick it up?” Continue reading →

Military Honor Guards AWOL from Churches

Being AWOL, meaning “absent without leave,” is a crime in the U.S. Armed Services. It’s punishable under Article 86 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, and means not being where you are supposed to be, at the time you are supposed to be there. Any military person one minute late for work can be considered AWOL. A military person AWOL for 30 days is a Deserter.

So, when I say military honor guards are AWOL from churches, I don’t mean they ran away from participating in July 4th celebrations. And I don’t mean it’s a crime to skip church. If it were, jails would be full of deserters from church services. BUT, IF active military honor guards HAD participated in church services this year, those servicemen would have violated current federal regulations that are based on the false notion that the Constitution demands separation of church and state.

This about-face restricting military personnel from religious services is “forward, march” for military participation in gay pride events. On June 13, 2015, U.S. military honor guards marched in the Washington, D.C. gay pride parade; in June 2014, a U.S. Armed Forces color guard marched alongside rainbow flags, as Dykes on Bikes led the Capital Gay Pride parade in D.C.; on two separate days in 2013, a military color guard marched in Defense Department gay pride events on Pentagon grounds. Marijuana Grow-Legislation for 2016

It was significant when a member of the marijuana study committee commented last fall that growing marijuana in Georgia is the core of their plan. Unfortunately, she was right! The law that passed this year allowing marijuana card holders to possess marijuana and undergo treatment was only the first step. Step two is well under way.

The new Georgia Commission on Medical Cannabis met June 16th to start work on legislation to authorize the cultivation of marijuana in Georgia. That meeting date coincided with the Health Department’s launch of a Low THC Oil Registry for patients who will qualify for cards authorizing marijuana treatment.

So far, eight medical conditions have been approved for the new treatment, but patients must be (a) under current care of a doctor, (b) who will recommend them for the program (some doctors will not), (c) must qualify for the registry, and (d) will pay $25 for a two-year card authorizing them to possess 20 ounces of cannabis oil.

After announcing and describing the registry, Public Health Department Commissioner Brenda Fitzgerald explained that every county in Georgia has a registrar and 18 public health clinics across the state will issue the cards, which should be available 15 days after registration. Clinics were chosen in 18 specific locations, so travel time would be no more than two hours from anywhere in the state. Continue reading →

You might think culture began decaying in 1963 when the Supreme Court ruled 8 – 1 that school-sponsored Bible reading is unconstitutional, but school-sponsored prayer in public schools had already been tossed out in 1962. Both decisions cleared the way for atheism to take root and challenge the Christian fiber of students and their families. Those were monumentally tragic decisions, but things became increasingly worse as atheism replaced Christian influence in public schools.

To track the change in public schools, consider this: The National Education Association (NEA) has become the largest professional organization and largest labor union in the United States. In both those capacities, NEA is a powerful, maybe the most powerful, force in public schools and it does not peddle conservatism. From Jimmy Carter to Barak Obama, NEA has endorsed only Democrat presidential candidates, never a Republican.

During the 20 years before 2010, the NEA spent $36 million lobbying for its liberal agenda in Washington, D.C. and beyond the United States, through its global affiliation with Education International, the world-wide federation of teachers’ trade unions in 172 countries. The NEA not only supports Jesse Jackson’s Rainbow/PUSH Coalition, but also promotes the agendas of the National Council of La Raza, the Gay Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, and Amnesty International.
