H.B. 200 must be amended or underage individuals under age 18 will NOT be charged for participating in prostitution, pornography, and other sexually explicit conduct.  They will be classified as “victims” and made eligible for state and federal victim compensation funds.

The following simple amendment will fix the problem:
Change age 18 to age 13 on page 2 line 62 of H.B. 200

Message to the Senate Rules Committee members:
Keep H.B. 200 in committee until age 18 is lowered to age 13 on page 2 line 62.
